Martin J. Rubin entered private practice in Dallas, Texas at the age of 25 years of age after graduating from SMU Law School. Having worked for an attorney during law school and a labor lawyer during college he decided to open his own practice. Martin J. Rubin practiced in both the civil courts and criminal court of Texas. After representing clients since 11-11-1977 Martin J. Rubin, A CRIMINAL JUSTICE ATTORNEY, is currently only handling criminal cases as well as occupational driver's license, driver's license suspension cases, expunctions, and nondisclsores. He handles class C misdemeanor cases including traffic tickets, Class A and B Misdemeanors including DWI cases, assault, drug possessions and Felony cases.
